How can I return my item?

- Requests for refund or replacement.

3. Once we receive your package:
We will inspect it, and we will also notify you of any replacement/refund or rejection.
- Replacement: a replacement will be issued within 14 days. Rackitdirect.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with a replacement if available or refund will be issued.
- Refund: a credit amounted to the full refund of the purchase price will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. With limited exceptions, refunds exclude any shipping, handling, and additional costs.
- Rejection: The item(s) will be sent back to your address at your own expenses.
Note: If you need to return an item because it’s faulty (damaged or defective), or because of something we’ve done wrong (like we shipped the wrong item to you), we won’t charge you for the return/collection and additional delivery to you (in case of replacement).
But if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, we’ll give you a full refund deducting shipping, handling and additional costs.
Eligibility guidelines:
- Item(s) must be sent back only within 14 days of receiving your product(s).
- Item(s) must be unused and in like-new condition.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and with all included accessories and paperwork.
- Returns sent back to our warehouse must have a return authorisation from Rackitdirect.com.
- Products not purchased from Rackitdirect.com will not be accepted.
