Are returns free?

If you need to return an item because it’s faulty (damaged or defective), or because of something we’ve done wrong (like we shipped the wrong item to you), we won’t charge you for the return/collection and additional delivery to you (in case of repair/replacement).


But if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, we’ll give you a full refund deducting shipping, handling and additional costs.


Eligibility guidelines:

  • Item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your product(s).
  • Item(s) must be unused and in like-new condition.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and with all included accessories and paperwork.
  • Returns sent back to our warehouse must have a return authorisation from RackitDirect.com.
  • Products not purchased from Rackitdirect.com will not be accepted.
